Foley artist Buzz Moran and composer/musician Butcher Bear, transform the sounds of a meal prepared by Eastside Showroom’s chef Sonya Coté into a feast for the senses. Experience cooking and dining at an urban farm as a live sound mosaic.
Co-presented by AMOA, Edible Austin magazine and the Fusebox Festival
About Digestible Feats
Digestible Feats are unique collaborations between culinary artists and artists from other disciplines, including writers, musicians, sound engineers, actors, and graphic designers. These spectacular Feats satisfy all senses, tempting mouth and nose as much as ears and eyes.

Thursday, April 21--Opening lunch at The Grackle (12:00-2:00pm)
Sunday, April 24--Afternoon fun at the trailer park at 6th and Waller (1:00-4:00pm)
Monday, April 25--Music, cocktail, and tapas pairings at Fino (9:00pm)
Tuesday, April 26--Digestible Beats at Springdale Farms (7:00pm)
Wednesday, April 27--Cocktail hour at Bar Congress (5:00-7:00pm)
Thursday, April 28--Latin-American delights at La Sombra* (all day)
Saturday, April 23--Hard-boiled drama and drinks at The Tigress (3:00-5:00)
(The La Sombra menu item will be featured throughout the duration of Fusebox)
