Rum is one of the most diverse spirits, and the U.S. is finally getting a good look at just how many fantastic rums there are. Fusebox Festival and East Side Showroom have put together a new Digestible Feat where we'll sit together and taste a special menu that shows how amazing rum can be.
Join us for a tasting of 6 unique rums from the Caribbean and 2 classic rum cocktails curated by the knowledgeable bartenders at the East Side Showroom. There are two sessions available (5pm and 7pm), each one for an intimate group of 12.
This is the first installment of our new single-spirit tasting series. Please join us on the first Sunday of every other month for a new spirit.
Seating is very limited.

Austin’s first pop-up craft cocktail bar, standing for one day in the concrete bosom of a art-deco behemoth, will be filled with creativity, hospitality, and extraordinary pleasure. Houston Eaves and Adam Rose, two especially accomplished young bartenders, will lead four bartenders in presenting a menu of drinks designed to satisfy and educate any palate from timid to adventurous, from cocktail novice to cocktail nerd.
This bar will exist for one night only; in the morning, you’ll wonder whether anything so fine could have actually existed, and you’ll find no evidence that it ever did.
